Renewable resources for future generations

What do we do?

We have designed, developed and patented what we believe to be the first economically viable, practical and reliable wave energy plant in the world.

Seatricity overcomes the problems encountered by previous attempts at harvesting wave energy in a similar manner.

Our team of passionate marine engineers and energy executives have worked tirelessly over the past four years to create a full working prototype, moving far beyond a conceptual proposal

We look forward to working with government and commercial partners to help secure the world's future energy and fresh water requirements.

1 Device deployed for “survivability testing” Unique to the industry and other wave devices currently operating we trial tested 1 device in the most difficult conditions. To see full story please see media articles. And storm review. The oceanus coped with wave meter heights of 13m until as anticipated at 15m the device stopped delivery. We now know our parameters for weather conditions.
2012-11-02   Device Removal
The devices were removed for inspections and modifications to the tethers which connect the buoys to the pumps. Some of the actuator floats drifted off station but each was fitted with a satellite base transponder and we were able to immediately inform the coast guard and retrieve the devices. This experience has been invaluable to the next phase of deploymen
